- For stays up to 30 days by nationals of Malaysia
- For stays up to 14 days by nationals of Singapore

- Macedonia, Russia, Serbia & Montenegro & Turkey, provided they are in possession of a permanent residence permit valid for Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Finland, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland Rep, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland & United Kingdom . The permit must be valid for more than 3 months as of the day of crossing the border
